People will be queuing up to headhunt you, or now that you have learned the trick, you realise that you can start on your own. Salary wise, you can decide your salary in this sector where 2000+ managers change jobs yearly. You can manage your staff easily as they are a very receptive and welcome change in an Outstanding rated care home.

Residents always come first in most Outstanding rated care homes. The staff do anything to make things possible to make their life happier. If your residents (Clients) are more content, it means you have a successful business. 

They usually have a well-established care home with good leadership, systems and processes and excellent culture. That itself is less worry when many other care home owners are running around because of staff shortages, conflicts, tribunals, serious injuries, complaints, safeguarding, and the list goes on. The average fee in Outstanding rated care home is 20% or more than a Good rated care home. If your care home fees are £1000/week, clients will be queuing up to pay £1200/week minimum to get into your care home, which means having a better margin to make further improvements.
